Purified water, apple cider vinegar, garlic, sea salt, chiltepin* peppers,
lime juice, serrano peppers, ginger root, natural spices.
* our chiltepin peppers are wild harvested in the mountains of Sonora, Mexico.

How We Make It:
Well, most of that is top secret. Suffice it to say that it's a labor intensive operation based in a licensed and FDA registered commercial kitchen that we built specifically to make our product. We've jumped through all the regulatory hoops with the FDA, which ensures that our product is safe and shelf stable. Heck, we even got audited by the UL Everclean Division of Underwriters Laboratory® as part of getting our product into a major national chain. We almost got a perfect score, except a sponge snuck into our handwashing sink and really ticked the auditor off. That sponge will never try that stunt again.
Storing Your Agua:
We recommend refrigerating the Agua after opening.
